Executive Coach — London

For operators who carry
a lot, and rarely
talk about it.

Senior leaders navigating transition, burnout, or the question of what comes next — I work with people who've spent years delivering for others and are finally asking what they need.

An operator
who coaches operators.

Operations Director at Ogilvy. Head of Production at ITV. Senior roles at BBH, HHCL, Edelman and others. I know what it feels like to hold the delivery, manage the complexity, and carry the weight of a senior operations role — without much support and often without anyone to talk to honestly.

I also know what redundancy feels like from the inside. The identity questions. The disorientation. The slow process of working out who you are when the title disappears.

I'm a trained coach, working toward ICF Level 1 accreditation. But more than that, I'm someone who's lived what my clients are living. That's what makes the conversations different.

Three kinds of people
tend to find their way here.

The quietly exhausted operator

Still in role. Performing well on the outside. But running on empty and not entirely sure how much longer they can keep going at this pace. Looking for someone who understands the terrain from the inside.

The reluctant transitioner

Redundancy wasn't the plan. The role defined them more than they realised. Now they're navigating a reinvention they didn't ask for — and trying to work out what comes next without losing themselves in the process.

The intentional exiter

Choosing to leave. Portfolio career, consultancy, something entirely different. The destination is forming, but the identity shift that comes with stepping out of a senior role is harder than expected.

Let's have a conversation.

If any of this resonates — whether for you or someone you know — I'd welcome a call. No pitch. Just a chance to think out loud together.
